Chambers
Chambers & Pavilion
New Chambers located next to the Wills Pub, consisting of 19 rooms, were constructed and inaugurated on 23 September 2001. Seven further rooms were added, bringing the count to 26, inaugurated on 24 June 2006. Twenty-five further new rooms were later constructed and added to the existing Chambers. A new dining hall is also provided.
The Pavilion is Waltair Club's largest project to date, inaugurated in June 2011 — a six-floor RCC-framed structure using PT slab technology for beamless slabs. It consists of two air-conditioned Banquet Halls attached to a modern, fully equipped kitchen capable of catering for up to 400 guests.

House Rules
Rules & Regulations
- Members should ensure that their guests carry the Chambers I.D. card at all times during their stay.
- Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
- Only Affiliated Club members can avail of the facilities of the Club; other guests are not permitted.
- Not more than two occupants may stay in one room.
- Private parties and playing cards are not allowed.
- Breakfast orders should be given before 8:30 a.m.; complimentary breakfast is served in the Dining Room.
- Lunch, dinner and liquor orders should be given before 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. respectively.
- Dress code: guests are requested to be decently dressed when entering the lobby, dining hall etc.
- Check-in/check-out is on a 24-hour basis with a one-hour grace period, after which charges apply for another day.
- Room service is available until 11:00 p.m.
- Liquor is not served in the Dining Hall.
- Guests are responsible for their own valuables.
- Other than the occupants, outsiders are not permitted in the rooms after 11:00 p.m.
- Rooms may not be used to store items for marriages or other functions.
- Press meets, decoration, celebrations, lighting, musical bands and poojas connected with marriages or festivals, and loud music, are not permitted in or around the Chambers.
- Rooms must be kept clean; no outside food, provisions or cooking utensils are allowed, and no cooking is permitted inside the Chambers premises.
- Photography and videography within Club premises is strictly prohibited.
- Servants, ayahs and drivers are not allowed in or around the Chambers.
Chamber booking, availability calendars and payments are handled by the Club office directly. This site does not process bookings — please call Chambers on the number listed on our Contact page to check availability.
